You don't need to be bendy to benefit from this class! Welcome to Post Run Recovery, where we understand the importance of proper post-run cool-downs and stretching. If you're anything like me, you may often skip this crucial step. Our specialised sessions cater to runners, addressing tight hamstrings, IT bands, and hip flexors etc commonly affected by overuse. By improving flexibility and range of movement, we aim to prevent niggles and injuries, ensuring you can continue to enjoy your running without setbacks. This class is all about rest and recovery. We'll move the body through a specific range of dynamic asanas (postures) then slow things down to with restorative yoga to leave you rested and ready to get on with the day. You'll also be given short sequences that you can use after your regular runs. Join us to move, breathe, and connect with your body in a supportive and holistic environment.
